ITCC Rules
The ITCC rules are reviewed by the Rules Committee. If changes are required to make the event safer, follow changes in industry standards, or create a more efficient method of event scoring, those changes will be made during the next review period. The most current version of the rules can always be found at this location.
The official ITCC rules are published in English. Some translated versions of the rules are available but they may not be the most current version of the ITCC rules. (Translations)
2024-2025 ITCC Rules
2024-2025 Rule Book
This rule book will go into effect 25 October 2024 and will be used at the ISA 2024 ITCC
Valid until 31 December 2025

Printed Rule Books
Copies of printed rule books will be available for purchase soon via the ISA online store. This page will be updated once they are available. Expected availability is mid-September 2024. If you are holding an event and have questions about ordering rule books, email ISA Customer Service or call +1.217.355.9411.
NOTE: Chapters have the option of running Secured Footlock until further notice from ISA. Rules and scoresheets for the Secured Footlock are available online only.
Rules Comments and Questions
The ITCC Rules Committee welcomes comments and suggestions for improving the competition rules. Questions regarding rules clarification are also encouraged.
